#1. What Type Of Driver’s License Is Required To Take Car?
If you need a car on rent from Zoom Car than you have to give an Indian driver’s license or an International Driver’s Permit (IDP). Your license should be original and valid for a light motor vehicle (car). Members do not need a specific cab license that is associated with a yellow board plate.
#2. What Happens If I Return The Car Late?
If customers are not able to return the car on time then they will be charged Standard hourly fee according to per hour of delay. Weekend or weekday delays will be charged accordingly. Free KMs will be given at 10 km per hour of delay.

Yes, the company has provided the Speed limit i.e. 125 km/hr. You will be charged an over speeding fine maximum up to INR 2,500 in case you speed above 125 km/hr. Not only this you will be blacklisted in two cases –
- If more than two over speeding cases are registered against you and
- If you speed over 150 km/hr.

#5. What If Some Damage Occurs And When And What Fee Is Applied?
If the company sees some damage in the vehicle then you will charge penalty and you will have to pay the repair cost of its damaged parts up to Rs 10,000. This money will be deducted from the security deposited by the customer.
