#1. What is IELTS?
IELTS or International English Language testing system is the well recognized English language proficiency test. For more details about IELTS and advantages of this proficiency test, please PRESS HERE.
#2. Where is the venue of my ILETS test?
You will get an email 7 days before the test date to inform you about your schedule and venue. If in case you have not received such email, kindly visit the council’s office near to your location.
Make sure that you have your original international passport ready as the council doesn’t accept any other proof of identification. If you haven’t received any notification mail, you can also choose to send an email to exams.nigeria@ng.britishcouncil.org or contact the customer care team on British Council Contact Number 01-4603090-9.

#3. Where are Your ILETS test locations?
IELTS tests are now accessible in Lagos, Abuja, Abeokuta, Port-Harcourt, Benin, Enugu and Ibadan.

#6. How long is the IELTS result valid for?
The results are valid for around 2 years after the test is conducted.
