Customers who have got their reward card get a PIN inside the Welcome Pack of the Reward Card which he originally receives. Also if you want to generate a Duplicate PIN then you have to register your request to the Axis Bank customer care team at prepaid.cards@axisbank.com. You will get a new PIN in few days and will be dispatched to the nearest branch.
