As per the bank’s rule, minimum period of deposit is 7 days and maximum is 179 days.

The bank hasn’t prefixed any maximum limit; however minimum amount of deposit is Rs.1 crore. Branches must get prior permission from Corporate Planning department, Head Office before accepting or renewing the deposits of more than Rs.10 cr.
#3. Are the Senior citizen and Staff eligible for additional rate of interest as available in the other term deposit schemes?
No, the Senior citizen and Staff are not eligible for additional rate of interest, only they need to provide card rate.

The minimum installment fixed by the bank is Rs.100/- in multiples of Rs.100/- subject to maximum of Rs.1,00,000/-

Yes, one can increase the installment amount. The depositor can even increase installments up to 10 times of core installment during any or all months before the end of maturity of deposit.

No, the interest accrued is not subjected to any TDS.
