#1. Niti Aayog

Since Independence, major planning and execution was done on the central level by Planning Commission. This age old tradition was discontinued by PM Modi and introduced Niti Aayog, with the motto to give equal power to the states on matters of planning.

Not only this, the government has also scrapped five-year plans and has now introduced three year plan and 15 year plans. Niti Aayog has resulted in ore employment opportunities due to boost in entrepreneurs and MSMEs.

#2. Sukanya Dev Yojna

For promoting the Girl Child this scheme Sukanya Dev Yojana has been started by the Narendra Modi. Sukanya Dev Yojna is an extension of Government’s Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Campaign.

The scheme is also known as Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna. Sukanya Dev Yojna has been started in Post Offices by Haryana Government. This scheme will benefit girl child of age 1 Year to 10 Years. Parents will have to deposit Rs 1000 per month for next 14 Years, totaling Rs 1,68,000.

Girl will get Rs 6,00,000 when she will become 21 Year Old. The best benefit is that it is not mandatory to deposit this amount every month. You can deposit it whenever you have, either 1000 per month or as per your convenience. But you have to deposit the amount in average of Rs 1000 per month and total Rs 1,68,000 in 14 Years.

#3. Make in India or Made in India

‘Make in India’ is a concept anticipated by our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 25th September 2014 for attracting investments from business around the world, and thus in a way strengthening India’s manufacturing industry.

This scheme is especially programmed to make India a manufacturing hub, to create jobs for our educated youth and thus making India a self-reliant country. It derives 7 per cent of its revenues from international markets.

It was started by C K Ranganathan with a little investment is now a company with 1,250 crore annual turnover and 5000 employees. Make in India is a good campaign but Made in India is far better.

#4. Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY)

Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana is a determined social welfare scheme of Narendra Modi Government launched on 1/05/2016 from Ballia in Uttar Pradesh. Under the PM Ujjwala Yojana, the government aims to provide LPG connections to BPL households in the country.

The scheme is aimed at replacing the unclean cooking fuels mostly used in the rural India with the clean and more efficient LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). Ujjwala Yojana is aimed at providing 5 Crore LPG connections in the name of women in BPL (Below Poverty Line) households across the country.

The government has set a target of 5 Crore LPG connections to be distributed to the BPL households across the country under the scheme. The main objective of this Yojana is to empower women and protecting their health and reducing the serious health hazards associated with cooking based on fossil fuel.

#5. Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana

Narendra Modi has provided this scheme as personal accident policy which furnishes you the surety to protect not only your family but also your loss of income due to any disability. This is decided that those who want to take advantage of this plan they should be 18 to 70 and having a bank account also.

Claim of 2 lakhs will be given by this policy if a person dies in an accident or suffers from a permanent disability due to an accident. This Policy will be valid to age of 70. The policy does not cover temporary disabilities.

#6. Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana

Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana is a government-backed Life insurance scheme in India. It was originally mentioned in the 2015 Budget speech by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in February 2015.

It was formally launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 9 May in Kolkata. As of May 2015, only 20% of India’s population has any kind of insurance, this scheme aims to increase the number. The policy is valid for one year (from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016), after which you need to pay premium to renew the policy.

Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana is a pure term plan that does not pay you anything back when the policy matures. If the indemnify dies it pays the sum insured to the family. This is the policy which provides risk cover in case of an untoward incident pays Rs 2 lakh to the family as claim money.

#7. India Japan Nuclear Deal

India and Japan signed a Civil Nuclear deal. After six negotiations from past years this deal has finally been implemented while PM Modi was on a Japan tour of 3 days.

It is the first time that an agreement has been done with a country like India which has not signed Non-Proliferation Treaty. This agreement will allow Japan to supply Nuclear Reactors, Nuclear Fuel and technology to India.

#8. Currency Ban For Purpose Of Black Money, Corruption, Terrorim

Recently on 08th November 2016 at 12 P.M. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his team took a major step for the purpose of Black money, Corruption and terrorism. PM Modi announced that from midnight Rs.500 and Rs 1000 notes will be banned and will be nothing rather than a piece of paper.

Instead of these new currency notes of Rs500 and Rs2000 will come and you can change your old money up to 3oth December in Banks or Post Office. It’s a hard but a good step that has been taken by Modi Government for betterment of country.

#9. Jan, Aadhar And Mobile (JAM)

Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY), Aadhar, Mobile are the different schemes under same roof. Jan Dhan mission aims at financial services and under this scheme anyone can open a No Minimum Balance Bank account under this scheme. It made a huge impact and India also made a Guinness World Record for opening millions of new Bank accounts. In total of more than 130.5 Million Jan Dhan Bank accounts have opened.

Aadhar is a unique identification number which serves as a proof and identity proof. Out of total population of 121.01 crore 76.83 crore Aadhar numbers have been generated. On this project Rs.6678.32 Crore have been spent.

Under Mobile scheme substantial increase to 904 million mobile phones. Government has also developed smart apps like Digital locker to keep all documents safely like Aadhar card, License etc. More than 15 crore bank accounts opened, over 10 crore RuPay debit cards issued, with life cover, pension.

#10. Startup Scheme

This year the ‘Stand Up India’ the startup scheme is launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi .In this scheme banks will provide loans between Rs10 Lakhs to Rs1 Crore to women and Dalits.The government will reveal a blueprint for startups scheme within some time. It will ease the process of setting up of new enterprise.

#11. Surgical Strike On Pakistan

On September 18 2016 four Pakistani terrorists crossed the borders and with their heavy arms they attacked Indian Army Camp Base at midnight in which some Indian soldiers passed away.

Indian people were in anger because of Pakistan’s behind back attack. Modi government took a step and got secret information about the Pakistani’s terrorists camp base and crossed the border with the help of helicopter without giving any information to Pakistan and destroyed the Terrorist Base and killed more than 50 terrorists.

#12. Swach Bharat Abhiyan

It is the national campaign by Government of India and was launched by PM Modi on 2nd October 2014. The main motive of this campaign is to keep our surroundings clean and clean our homes, streets, roads and country.

The results of Swach Bharat Abhiyan are unbelievable and people are making groups and working on this campaign and cleaning the surroundings which were never seen before. Corporate sector adopts prime minister’s ‘Swachch Bharat’ mission with promise of total sanitation by 2019.

#13. Betterment Of Environment And Infrastructure

PM Modi launched a Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana and in no time Varanasi will get solar-powered 11 Electronic-boats and 1,000 Electronic-rickshaws as a part of this Yojana. According to PM Modi, E-boats will ensure better earning for people who earn their livelihoods from such boats.

Under Modi Government India has also developed from 1,500 MW of solar energy to 10,000 MW per within a year. Piyush Goyal who is India’s Power Minister said that during 2015-16, 7,012 villages have been provided electricity under scheme Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojna.

#14. Fifa Under -17 World Cup Going To Be Held In India

Next year India is going to host the FIFA Under-17 World Cup football tournament. In this World Cup Tournament 24 teams from across the world will participate.

PM Modi also invited suggestions or ideas from public for the creation of FIFA Under-17 World Cup football tournament logo, slogans, songs, and souvenirs. PM Modi also boosted youths of India to get involved in and become the FIFA Under-17 World Cup, 2017 ambassador.

#15. Helping Farmers For Agricultural Productivity

Modi Government Announced to build 5 Lakh farming pools for the purpose of substantial drop in the ground water in many parts of the country. PM Modi suggests the farming community to make some small water reservoirs, use fewer fertilizers, and move to modern technology.
